Returns & Refunds

Because all our fabrics are cut to order, we are unable to accept returns on cut lengths as a matter of course.

Faulty or incorrect orders

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please report it within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@esorai.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and return postage will be covered by esorai.

Change of mind

We can accept a return if the fabric is uncut, unwashed, and in its original condition, within 14 days of delivery. Please email us before sending anything back.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: colours may vary slightly between screens and dye lots. We recommend ordering a small length first if you are unsure.
