All orders are dispatched within 2 working days (Monday–Friday). A tracking link is sent as soon as your parcel is on its way.
UK delivery
- Standard — Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 days
- Express — Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 days
- Free standard shipping on orders over £50
International delivery
- EU — Royal Mail International Tracked: from £9.95 · 5–8 days
- Rest of world — Royal Mail International Tracked: from £23.99 · 7–14 days
Longer lengths may be rolled and dispatched in a protective tube. Esorai is not responsible for delays caused by customs once a parcel has left our hands.
