Terms of Service
By placing an order with esorai, you agree to the following terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Orders
All fabrics are sold by the metre in 0.5m increments, with a minimum order of 0.5m per fabric. Once fabric has been cut, we are unable to accept cancellations. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@esorai.co.uk — if the fabric hasn't been cut yet, we'll do our best to help.
Pricing & availability
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or listed in error.
Colour & texture
Colours may vary slightly between screens and dye lots. Small batch variations are normal and are not considered a fault. We recommend ordering a small length first if you are unsure.
